One of my customers in Chapter 11 recently had the case converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation bankruptcy. My question is this: Are we subject to preference claims on the payments made to us by this customer in Chapter 11 in the 90 days prior to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing?
