Our South American rep agency says that the Argentinean economy is booming and has suggested we re-open certain key accounts in this country. Any comments?

Answer: : Argentina defaulted on sovereign debt of more than $130 billion in late 2001. That debt remains unpaid and no one is certain when or how or if it will be repaid. In my mind, unpaid debt which of $140 billion+ always leaves room for concern.
