Doctor Credit

We are having a little disagreement at work. I will not mention which position I have taken. Can a company write off unused credits that are more than two years old and still open on customers’ accounts?

Answer: Can you? Sure. Should you? Probably not. If you read my white paper on “escheatment”, you will be well informed on this topic.
