What is your opinion about sending dunning notices?

Answer: I do not think that dunning notices are a cure-all or that chronically delinquent accounts or customers in serious financial trouble are going to pay on receipt of one of these friendly reminders. I my opinion, a dunning notice can accelerate payment from a good paying customer.
