My customer signed a personal guaranty and added his corporate title below his signature. I think this is a problem. How should I respond?

Answer: : Send the customer another personal guaranty. Include a copy of the first guaranty and explain you need their signature without their corporate title because you think the corporate title on the previous guaranty makes it difficult to know whether the person signing understood that the guaranty obligated him personally for the debts of the company.
