My collectors have access to the Internet, and on more than
one occasion I have seen them surfing the net. When I comment, I am told
that they are on a break. What should I do?
Answer: Companies usually
establish ‘acceptable use policies’ for employees with access
to the Internet. If your company does not have one, ask the Human Resources
Department to develop one. If the time spent ‘surfing’ is
excessive, consider disabling your collectors’ Internet access
until the new acceptable use policies are in place. |
