a subordinate that is not meeting expectations as a collector?
Answer: In my experience,
many poor performers do not even realize that they are not meeting the
company's expectations. The first thing I would do is document the problem.
Then, I would have a private meeting with this collector, present the
data I have gathered, remind him or her about the standards established
and encourage them to take immediate steps to ensure that [a] their performance
improves immediately so that [b] additional disciplinary steps do not
need to be taken. |
