Can we reward superior performance other than cash bonuses – which
the company rejects?
Answer: The reward for
superior performance does not need to be cash to be valuable to the employee.
It could be a promotion, a choice of assignments, the opportunity to
go on a business trip, selection to a company wide committee, the opportunity
to attend off site training, flexible work hours, the opportunity to
work overtime, or the opportunity not to have to work overtime. |
