Having a debtor pay out of pocket collection costs prior to restablishing credit

Once a debtor company account has been placed for collection, and assuming the debtor company paid the debt in full, insist that before even considering offering re-establishing open account terms that the debtor pay your out of pocket costs collection costs including the fee paid to the collection agency.
