3. State reason for call.
4. Persuade customers for $$
5. Identify yourself & company
6. Identify your customer’s contact person!
7. Be prepared for your customer’s responses
8. Write down all notes during collection call!
9. Determine solution if obstacle received during call.
10. Follow up on commitment or agreed upon plan of repayment.
