Some Reasons why people pursue a career

Answer: People work or pursue a career for a variety of reasons. Some of the reasons are obvious and others are not. The more that a manager knows about what motivates people, the better. Managers do not need to become psychologists to become better motivators. Instead, credit managers should focus on a handful of things they can do to help their team get more satisfaction out of the work they perform. The key motivators are:
