The People Behind Covering Business Credit

Michael C. Dennis has more than 30 years of credit management experience. He has been an instructor for CMA Business Credit Services for the last thirteen years. He is an accomplished public speaker and the author or co-author of five books on credit management. His experiences help him help clients to find and fix problems quickly.

His services to the credit community include roles on NACM's Communications Advisory Panel, as well as the Educational Advisory Panel. He has been a featured speaker at two National Credit Congress meeting, as well as a featured speaker or a keynote speaker at numerous regional and local conferences.

Michael has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and holds the Credit Business Fellow Accreditation from NACM.
